Krentzman, hired in June 2020was one of the first employees to join the team in Florida and was first hired as a project manager to establish Sanctuary’s dispensary footprint in the state. His experience in military leadership, design and construction of health facilities and recent development projects in florida the medical marijuana industry made him an ideal candidate for this role. Krenztman got off to a flying start, managing design professionals, consultants, purchase and lease requirements, multiple properties, permits, construction and more.
To date, Krentzman has completed construction of six dispensaries for Sanctuary with four more under construction, eight in clearance, and several more in various stages of design development. On a daily basis, Krentzman coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, managing the full lifecycle of over 20 projects, from site selection to opening day and beyond. He is essential to the expansion of Sanctuary across the state and contributes to more than just statewide development.
Krentzman is also a 13-year Army veteran with three deployments as an infantry officer in Iraq and Afghanistan and leadership roles in several units. With his experience in various industries, the military and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South FloridaKrentzman helps drive process improvements across multiple facets of the business, including compliance, operations, strategy, and security.
