(“Elys” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:ELYS)(BER:3UW)an interactive gaming and sports betting technology company, today announced that it has submitted its U.S. sports betting platform Gameboard for certification to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, and has requested a transactional waiver that , once approved, would allow the company to begin installation procedures in the state.

The proceedings are a key step in the company’s partnership through its wholly owned subsidiary, US Bookmaking, with Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, NJ.
