It can be difficult to keep up with all the uniforms worn by NBA teams.
The Indiana Pacers have revealed their “Earned” uniforms, which retain the dark blue and gold primary colors, with thin diagonal stripes.
Excerpt from press release: “The Earned Edition Pacers Uniform is a modern take on the classic gold striped alternative uniforms that the team originally wore from 1997 to 2005. The Earned Edition Uniform Stripes are diagonal, evoking the spoke lines on the new Nike Pacers uniforms that debuted in 2017. While the original pinstripe jerseys (in white, blue and gold) and blue jerseys 2020-21 City Edition all indicate “INDIANA” on the chest, the Earned Edition uniform says “PACERS”. ‘
The Earned Edition jersey also features special silver badges, including a silver Nike swoosh on the upper left front of the uniforms, a silver Earned Edition jocktag on the lower right and a silver NBA logo on the back, above the player name. Each pair of shorts also features a silver Nike swoosh and a silver Nike logo. “
The Pacers will debut the new uniforms on March 17 against the Brooklyn Nets. The public sale of the won jerseys begins on March 18.
