
Looking to sample tasty dishes from some of New Jersey’s best food trucks? Then check out one of these food truck festivals that cross the state from June to September.
Some festivals have a small entrance fee, with separate prices set by vendors for food and drink.
In addition to great food, many have live music, kids’ activities and more. Some also benefit local charities.
June 4
More than 20 gourmet food trucks and a beer garden — also serving sangria and margaritas — showcase their offerings from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The festival benefits the Randolph Rescue Squad and attendees are asked to bring non-perishable items to support the local food pantry. Admission is $5 per person.

This festival, benefiting St. Thomas the Apostle School, features food trucks, live music, beer, ax throwing and activities for the whole family. The event starts at 11 a.m. and ends at 7 p.m. Admission is $5 per person and dogs are welcome.

June 10
Enjoy an evening food truck festival (4-10 p.m.) in Bloomfield to benefit St. Thomas the Apostle School. The event also features music from the Nutley School of Music and Mr. LoveJoy. Admission is $5.

From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Colonia hosts more than 20 food trucks, including Revolution Taco, Uncle Sal’s Egg Rolls, and Taxi Cab Burgers. Benefitting St. John Viennese Parish and School, the day is filled with family-friendly activities such as a petting zoo, sand art and face painting.

After a two-year hiatus, the fourth annual Wanaque Food Truck Festival is making a comeback and sticking to its $5 admission price. The day starts at 12 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m., and highlights good food, live music, and fun activities for kids.

Paramus Park Mall and Just Jersey Fest are teaming up for a special day in Bergen County, filled with family-friendly activities and dining options for just $5. Trucks park in front of the Old Navy and LL Bean entrance from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Taking place at Hilltop Fields, this event makes tacos the star of the show. The food trucks offer an assortment of different tacos to accompany beer, sangria and margaritas from 12 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The event benefits Hopatcong PBA 149 with $5 entry. Dogs are welcome.

Benefiting Liberty Corner Fire Company, Just Jersey Fest is hosting a food truck festival featuring 17 food trucks, as well as a Lone Eagle Brewing beer and sangria garden. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is $5.

Enjoy summer on the Jersey Shore with this food truck festival. From 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., live bands, children’s activities, and a range of dining options are available for $5 admission. Children are free.

Celebrate 100 years of New Milford at this free festival. From 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., attendees can enjoy food trucks, games, and music. A festive fireworks display begins at 9 p.m.

The Paramus 4th of July Committee is teaming up with Just Jersey Fest for a special holiday event featuring 20 food trucks, ax throwing and a beer, sangria and margarita garden in front of the Old Navy and LL Bean entrance. The event takes place from 2 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and people can stay for a fireworks show at dusk.

July 9th
Located in Bundt Park, this festival features 15 gourmet food trucks serving all kinds of cuisines. Admission is $5 and attendees are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to enjoy live music from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

After a June stop at Hopatcong, round two of Taco Palooza is taking place at Washington Lake Park in Sewell with even more taco-inspired vendors including Revolution Taco, The Mexi-Boys and Carlitos. Customers can vote for their favorite taco creation, as well as enjoy live music, a beer garden and more. $5 admission and no dogs allowed.

Donaldson Farms is hosting its fourth annual Food Truck Festival, with 12-14 trucks including JerZey Girl Pickles, Latin Bites, Mozzarella God and drinks from Czig Meister Brewery. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for children.

Located in Centennial Park, this nighttime festival features a lineup of trucks and dishes, as well as live entertainment.

In support of the New Jersey Veterans Network, the Central Jersey Regional Airport hosts more than 15 food trucks during its annual Freedom Fest. Craft wine and beer, board games, bouncy castles, Grand Prix races and more are also available. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for children.

Food trucks are rolling in Rockaway this summer. Just Jersey Fest is teaming up with the city to bring Johnny Zeppoli desserts, Rolling Pita, Shake It Up and more to Fireman’s Field starting at 11 a.m. There is also live music, a beer garden, and other local vendors. $5 admission and dogs are welcome.

To benefit the United Passaic organization, Just Jersey Fest holds its Food Truck Festivals at Third Ward Park. From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park Field, guests can snack on bites from more than 15 food trucks for $5 admission.
